Shipping Policy

- All orders placed will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1-3 working days. Please note all shipping timeframe are calculated from date of dispatch.

- All dispatch times and shipping times are estimated in business days (Monday - Friday).

- Estimated delivery timeframes are based on Metro areas only. Shipping times exclude customs clearance delays and any other delays caused in circumstances that are outside our control.

- We cannot make changes to your shipping addresses or redirect your parcel once your order has been dispatched.

- In compliance with the international legislation of the United Nations and other countries, full names are necessary to verify the senders for international shipments.

- Your delivery will require a signature so it is always best to have your parcel delivered where someone will be available to receive it. A work address is good for this reason, but if you are having your order sent to work please remember to include the company name and the department where you work.

- Deliveries may take longer at busy times such as sale periods.

- Please be aware that, depending on your order value and destination country, you may be liable to pay local taxes and duties upon receipt of your order (excluding European Union countries and the United Arab Emirates). Vivo Cosmetics cannot accept liability for these charges.
