At Vivo Cosmetics International customer satisfaction is our top priority. That's why, if you have any problems with your order, you can return the products you want within 5 calendar days of delivery.
If the reason for return is that you have changed your mind about your order, it's OK! To return the products you want you only have to keep them in the same condition in which you received them; unopened and with the original packaging and box. In the case of a kit, it cannot be divided, so it is necessary to return the complete pack. If you have obtained a gift product for the purchase, you must return it so that it is not discounted from the final amount. And you will have to pay the shipping costs that may arise from the return. Once we receive the products back, we will check that everything is correct and we will contact you to let you know that we manage the refund. In this case Vivo Cosmetics International will refund the amount of the products received, but not the shipping costs of the original order. The payment of the amount will be made through the same payment method used in the order.
How do I make the return?
Send us an email to email@example.com, with the order details and explaining the reason for the return and we will send you an email explaining the procedure to follow.
We apologize for not accepting any return if the products are used.
What if I receive a defective product or one that does not match what I bought?
In that case, we will take care of the whole process easily and at no cost to you. You will only have to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the order data and indicating the defective or incorrect references (if necessary you can attach a photo) and we will solve it as soon as possible.
Any claim for damage to the goods must be brought to our attention within 24 hours of receipt of the shipment, so that we can proceed with the corresponding claim to the shipping company.
We accept cancellation requests only before the date of fulfilment of the order. Once the order has been fulfilled and dispatched for delivery, we do not accept any cancellation requests.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or proofed that they are missing from the shipment. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
For any exchange the expected processing time is 15 business days.
